Tim Hickman - General Contractor
Born and raised in Rockbridge County, Tim Hickman is the son of a carpenter and has spent his entire life building. Tim graduated from Radford University and later received his master's degree from Hollins University. With a diverse background in software engineering and law enforcement, Tim's journey into construction began as a way to support his family. He initially obtained his contractor's license to build one house a year and has now been building for over twenty years. After retiring from law enforcement, Tim dedicated himself full-time to contracting, bringing his extensive experience and dedication to every project.
Kim Hickman - Office Manager
Kim Hickman came to Rockbridge County in 1992 to study at Washington and Lee University. After graduating in 1996, she earned her master's degree in teaching from Hollins University and spent 22 years in the classroom. In 2021, as Rockbridge Homes and Barns experienced significant growth, Kim joined the team to help manage the increasing demands of the office, bringing her organizational skills and passion for education to the company.
Kris Camden - Project Manager
Kris is a second-generation builder with a lifelong passion for construction. Having grown up with Tim, Kris shares a deep-rooted connection with the team. A graduate of Charleston Southern University, class of 1999, Kris has built a reputable career in construction and project management. Kris's expertise, dedication, and shared ownership are invaluable assets to our company.
